This WHSmith's store is arguably the best option in Bridgwater for books and stationary. It is quite easy to access, with disabled access available. I would say, however, that currently people are being asked to use the self serve checkouts rather than the staffed till. Whether this is due to a new regulation or staff shortages I am unsure.

Very calm and quiet when you go in and staff are approachable, very happy they sell manga in the store but sadly only one row and it's usually all the same and not the right numbers e.g. They would have Volume 1 then Volume 10 and no sign of 2-9 at all.

Needed a shredder and they had just what I had been looking for at a reasonable price.

It's a good place to shop but my branch is more or less aimed at people who want to use the self service checkout rather than waiting for a person ( if you can find them) to serve in the till area whereas bigger branches have more tills with properly trained assistants

selected my magazines went to the counter to find both tills marked with an arrow to the automated till.
Presented the magazines and paid only to find on my return home I had been over charged. Looks like trying to support the high street is a bad idea.
Online subscriptions from now on.

Store is ok, standard W H Smith not really much to say.

Big shop but very small as loads of stuff. Nice friendly staff

Not very good service nobody to help customers apart from a self-scan till which on occasions goes wrong. Not good at all.
