Booths, Kendal

Good choice of breakfast stuff including vegetarian options, a few solid choices for the kids. Rest is just sandwiches and soup so not a huge range but everything we got was great. Loads of places to sit we got 8 of us around a big table. Staff were excellent, friendly and importantly food arrived pretty quickly. In summary everything great but if you're looking for a filling meal that's not a breakfast then you won't find it here

Plenty of space and seating downstairs in Booths Artisan coffee shop/ restaurant. Queue as in all coffee shops. Coffee, snacks and food all good. Waiting staff tidy up and wipe all surfaces after use. Nice place with space for pushchairs etc.

We have a Booth's card so made use of the offer for a bacon roll and hot drink. Great value for money and fabulous bun. Loads of bacon.

Stopped off in Kendal for a few hours on our way to Blackpool. Went into the cafe at Booths for lunch. Lovely cafe and staff were helpful. The prices are very reasonable. Lovely place and relaxing for a bite to eat and a lovely cup of tea.

The service was very poor and was pedestrian at best. Stella, who served me today, was very rude and the slice of cake that I paid £2.95 for was so thin you could see through it! The customer service was awful and I will be very happy to never go back.

A fantastic supermarket with unique products. A cheap enough car park and lovely cafe on the lower ground floor. Some lovely bits to pick up for a special treat

Excellent choices of fresh foods, staff are always extremely helpful and a huge thanks to Bev for going that extra mile in helping us with something we could not see and spoke with the Deli team who were able to provide for us. Christmas ordering service is first class.

They have recently removed their self service checkouts. They have a single member of staff manning the ‘quick’ tills. Poor experience when just nipping in for your lunch.
