No one at door to manage capacity. Everyone should be wearing masks though often people are allowed to come in without one (every single visit) . I can't see how staff can speak to customers about it's policy of mask wearing when the staff are not wearing one themselves!!! I guess they don't need to, how else are they to converse in own language between themselves and ignore customers?! Fridge doors are never closed, surely this isn't good for the products that need to be in cool storage, cheese, milk!! To avoid busy times I went in just after 7 am, It wasn't well stocked!!! What is the point of putting goods out later. space is limited, so now as well as having to social distance with other customers we now also to the manoeuvre around trollys and staff. Only store near me, as I'm trying to go out for essential basic food shopping , I have no choice but shame there isn't an alternative nearby.

Whilst I was shopping, two boys from the staff members made me really uncomfortable. They spoke about me in a language I understand and laughed and joked around in an extremely inappropriate manner.

The only thing can improve is for the vegan things I think that there must be more of it for all the vegan people.

The laziest staff in the world, always missing items, cannot be bothered to bring items from the back. The most annoying bit, they put up warm croissants and pastries at 11h, they are breakfast item they suppose to be out latest by 8am! Really annoying !

Thank you to the staff who went out of their way to get me a plant based sandwich when the shelves still needed stocking due to late delivery. They were great. Tesco maybe get a way where public can contact you to compliment staff as I could not find a way.
Tesco as an organisation you must improve your animal welfare and human rights in clothing lines and climate emergency response. But thank you to the staff here today

The place is always over priced here. The staff are always on headphones or AirPods listening to music or anything else except customers. The guy at the counter was last time arguing about his pay cheque being being low and how much he hates the taxes in this country while all of us waited to get served

This shop has increased the number of products which is nice. However I am missing a good quality tuna (in sunflower oil there’s none at all) and the freezer has been broken for ages and there’s a lot of ice buildup which does affect the quality of the products. It’s a shame and I never buy anything frozen from there.

There opening hours is 7am to 11pm. I was at the store at 7am still close and why 2 female staffs are who outside the store are yet to open it. I wanted to buy a newspaper so I asked one of the female staff at what time do you sell the papers. Her answer was when we get a change we will do it. So I left the store as a unhappy customer. And, I don't think that I will ever go back in that store again. It has happened to me before from a rude female staff.
