Service has been what I'd expect of a decent cab firm - courteous drivers with clean cars. Effective call center staff. Left my phone in the back of the car and they recovered and delivered back to my home by the driver at no extra work or cost for me! We have had an account with Beeline Cars for a few years and they have never let us down on bookings which is great, but this was confirmation that we have made the right decision to use Beeline Cars for all our taxi needs.

it was the first time I booked with this taxi company and after seeing the negative reviews from many customers. I was l bit of worried but still I booked it coz they were cheaper than others. Controller was very professional he advised us on journey time. Beeline cars has provided a great service, with clear booking confirmation, alert of driver’s tracking. Driver was helpful and vehicle was clean they have provided a baby car seat free of charge. I would recommend this service

I regularly use Beeline cars. I have never suffered a bad experience with them and they have never been late. The drivers tend to be very polite and the cars are always clean. The drivers always help with luggage, etc. and like many cab services you can also pay with your card, then there is never a complication with the fare. We couldn't have asked for a better service. They also have an app (Beeline & Century Cars) you can download it on your phone that you can use to either to check fares or book your journey. It is very easy to do and also you can cancel and track your driver.

We had an excellent experience - we made an eleventh hour booking (4 hours prior to arriving in London) and we were happily stunned that they had schedule. Scheduling was made nicely as well as successfully over the phone from Paris. Driver in London got on time and also pleasant. Drove well. Inside of the auto was a little bit worn out, however comfy and then the cost of the trip was very reasonable, so this is the trade off. I would definitely use them once more.

Absolutely trash company. Booked an hour and a half before pick up, assigned me a driver 25 minutes away, who subsequently then cancelled my booking. Within the app the booking was still active until they cancelled it 10 minutes later. If you didn’t want to do the job, communicate this earlier so people can make alternative arrangements.

Distinct lack of communication and trash company. This was the second time using them (let me down the first time too, but thought I’ve give them a 2nd chance) and I won’t be trying again.

Worst cab company I have ever experienced, customer service is absolutely abominable. Cab driver drove me to King’s Cross instead of Charing Cross, and instead of bringing me a car seat for a one-year-old as requested, I got got a booster seat for a four-year-old. When I tried to complain took the company six days to process the complaint and talk to the cab driver. And when they finally responded the manager told me that going to King’s Cross is part of the route to go to Charing Cross. And that children can sit on laps in cabs so I didn’t need the car seat that I specifically went to this company to order. They were adamant in not giving me a refund, and incredibly rude and belittling on the phone. If I could give zero stars I would.

I booked beeline for a transfer to LTN airport. Booked them 4 days in advance. Over the telephone whilst booking they initially quoted me £47 however I had cheaper options so I told the operator I will call him back. He straight away gave me revised price of £38 and I hence booked it. 1 day before I called them and reconfirmed the price and time of pick up just to make sure everything is confirmed and they confirmed everything was set. The day of pick the driver comes and we are happy to get in on time. However upon reaching LTN airport he quotes me initial price of £47. I didn’t not have any option then to pay that price. So be careful when you book with them. QUITE TRICKY

As always a thoroughly professional device by Beeline Cars with clean smart cars and drivers... Will continue to use company for journeys to airport and back.
