There is a ticketing office, and more than 3 ticket machines here. It's very busy during peak hours in the morning and evening The trains from this station take you directly to London Waterloo It can be dodgy at night so be aware of your surroundings as always. Some Sundays, there are no trains to Kingston which is a disappointment. However there are replacement bus services to cover for this.

This place is very nostalgic. This is a big junction, connecting many different destinations including Heathrow airport. I used to take X26 or 111 to Heathrow bus terminal for a connection to Brunel by U3 bus. The surrounding areas are beautiful, specially Hampton Garden and horse ranches are very green and beautiful.

Well maintained train station with easy access to the city via London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Wimbledon and Putney or towards the suburbs via Richmond, Twickenham and Shepperton.
Although there is staff on site, only ticket machines are available for train tickets so having an Oyster card or contactless card is useful to have whilst journeying to and from this station.
The train station is located near Kingston shopping area with high street chain of cafes nearby.
100++ stars for accessibility and am extra bonus for a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Useless staff, trains are distributed every day, staff doesn’t even bother to come out to talk to people (7pm not a single staff member in the station? Seriously?). How dare you ask for salary rise when you even don’t deliver service on the usual day.. change the job if you can’t cope with your duties!!!
