This station is not, to my understanding, accesible for mobility-issues users.
On 2020, I don’t think this is acceptable.
If you have the privilege to be able to walk on your own and climb 20/30 steps, you’ll survive.
Station per se’s old - like many in the UK.

The lady at the station is so incompetent she didn't know that the Thameslink is passing by?? She wanted to make me buy an oyster card when I don't need it..absolutly out of order

Convenient location station connects Northern line and Thameslink. Lots of stairs to the mainline, no lift.

i bought a online train ticket, there is no machine for me to collect the ticket. I need to walk 15 min to another train station to collect my ticket and then walk back. Waste of time and ridiculous.

Station serves a prime location for shopping and retail as well as interchange with the Northern Line station via a short footbridge link but that's about it. Basic facilities on the platform, no step free access to any of the platforms and not the best train service provided.

you ask the staff for help and they act like you’ve just tried to sell their soul, really rude
