Just had the pleasure of being looked after in Hogarth Ward. The team from the cleaning staff to the Consultants can’t do enough for you and the nursing staff are fantastic.

Everywhere is spotless and it has the most amazing family room with an awesome huge outdoor area.

Every single member of the team including catering team, cleaners, nurses and Doctors need a massive pat on the back for making this a warm and homely environment which, for cancer patients, makes a big difference.

Well done guys. I dread staying in a different ward in the future as it couldn’t possibly live up to your extremely high standard of care. Cleanliness, warm and sensitivity

Had a procedure at the day centre. I was treated like a private patient akin to my one time visit to the park hospital. The staff, the recovery nurse, everyone was above and beyond amazing. Never been treated like this before in an NHS facility. I hope they know how they made a patient feel. Thanks to all

Many thanks to the young men staffing/organising Purple car park, last Thursday. They were brilliant, just what you need when you don't want additional stress before a hospital appointment. They are a credit to the organisation!

Horrible place, no parking, I can't get a blue badge, but I need a walking stick, had an appointment for surgery, asked the parking warden if it was fine if I parked in the blue badge area, and he told me I would get fined.
End result, car parks full, had to park behind the hospital and hobble with my walking stick for half a mile after driving 140 miles
Awesome experience
Lots of staff car parking space, but screw the patients

Fantastic experience at the city hospital. All the staff, nurses, doctors, surgeons were professional, friendly, helpful and efficient, from start to finish. The food was really good too.

In July my husband passed away at City Hospital. Prior to that, his care during his illness was exemplary. Fair to say that his consultant gave him an extra year with us. During his final days on Gervis Pearson ward, the doctors and nurses were so kind, compassionate, efficient and professional. They gave my husband dignity and a level of care which was faultless and in doing so gave my daughter and me the most peace of mind possible in the circumstances. I haven't the words to thank them enough. I remain in absolute awe. Thank you.

Cut the end of my thumb nearly off and needed plastic surgery. The ward were fantastic and friendly, the surgeons were fantastic and friendly, the aftercare from Gillies dressing and physio was fantastic and friendly. The best experience it could be under the circumstances. Thankyou all
