I went there with chest injury.
I have been waited for nearly 8 hours.
I was talking with a receptionist. I know it’s busy and a lots of urgent patient, but lots of people were just arrived after me.
She was rude, she said, I’m just waiting 7h25min and it’s impossible, they arrived before me and they have no clue when I’m the next.
I’m 100% sure, they came after me, because I was sitting there for hours.
I do understand everything, but I have a problem too, I can’t breath properly, probably my ribs are broken.
I had to come home, I wasn’t able stand and sit anymore
I am sure there is a code of conduct and the abuse which should not be tolerated applies the other way. People come here to get treated and not spoken out of turn.
The security guard on duty in the other hand had the most compassion for all and was helping everyone where he could. May be he should be at the front desk.
Not to mention when I tried to open a door it was locked and before I could find the button to open the door, I had a staff member tell me off saying don’t break the door … The sheer arrogance and assumption fire safety, e-gress, health and safety are large part of my day job so it took me lot of effort to ignore her.
Please conduct some behaviour etiquette classes for people working with public and leave a feedback form or online form for others to fill.
I rated this place a full five stars few years back but boy has it gone downhill!
Edit: I am upgrading the rating simply because of the excellent nurse and the doctor who looked after me and discharged me after treatment. The care was excellent.
If I had to rate care : 5
Rate customer service at front desk : 1
Also people eating snacks and drinking, coffee in before being assessed, what's anyway. Thanks
