Strauss always loves to visit the ladies at Park Vets in Abbots Langley. They are always friendly and welcoming.

Found a lost dog wandering in the road. No collar. Took it to Park Vets and they were very happy to help. Dog is now returned to owner.

Kind, warm and friendly service. Always able to get appointment at short notice for my dog Bear.

We unfortunately had to put our hamster down on Saturday, and all though it was not a nice thing to do, the vet and receptionist was so lovely. Really friendly people. We changed from another vets a couple years ago as we were not happy with our previous vet and Park Veterinary have always exceeded out expectations. We are very happy with the service we get everytime we go with our Dog and 2 cats.

Went to collect some medication only to be met at the door with "you can't come in as we have puppies inside" and had the door closed in my face. So very rude, no offer of when to come back or stand and wait outside. Rude rude rude attitude. Well done on your awful customer service skills, you should be ashamed.

Rude receptionist…
My dog unfortunately had an accident where her whole nails come off , very sore couldn’t walk on it and I couldn’t even touch her without her crying in pain
I called this veterinary to hopefully get her registered and seen , as my dogs a rescue her current vets is in another country when I told the receptionist she isn’t registered she was rude and was telling me she needed to be registered which I said that’s fine if we can do that and hopefully she can be seen , but the receptionist wasn’t even telling me on how to do this when she could’ve asked for the details over the phone and registered her there and then , instead she asked me to call the vets in the other country to call ? Anyways I ended up calling another vets andn and they registered her over the phone and booked me in same day and told me their shocked this practice didn’t register her because of the urgency of lilahs condition.. I didn’t even have to call my other vets they contacted them themselves to get the history .. so I wouldn’t recommend this practice very rude receptionist and very unhelpful

Best veterinary practice around welcoming when you enter the reception the vets listen to you with what you have to say if you need a top quality vets bring your pets here you won't regret it

Very nice team, carry all main products and have a dog socialization class for new puppies. This clinic is part of group of which includes a fully equipped main surgery nearby. Recommended.
