Knotts Yard Veterinary Practice

Absolutely excellent care received twice at Knotts Yard! I moved to the area from overseas with 4 pets, in the confusion of it all I forgot to register them. Sadly within a few weeks one of my beloved cats was taken terminally ill. Without hesitation they saw and treated my poor old cat within hours of calling. Sadly my cat died of old age. However, I was so moved to receive a lovely pet bereavement card - how thoughtful. I have put the delightful card in a frame and it hangs proudly in my new home.

Rang up as struggling to find a vet open in my area on a Saturday after my cat came down with a large swelling on his face. Knotts Yard fitted me in straight away and carried out a procedure with sedation at the appointment. Kind gentle vet and receptionists very nice and friendly. Thank you all.

I have moved house and I still travel back to Watton to use this vet. All the vets are kind and caring and explain things in terms a layperson can understand with out talking down to you. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and do their best to give you an appointment time that suits you and you pets needs. I can't speak highly enough of this vet. I wish my Doctors could give the same service.

Ive only been to Knotts yard for a very short time and i can say the service you get is fantastic.
I needed some advice regarding my puppy and they rang me back within a few mins with no trouble at all. Very friendly staff i couldn't as for more. Thank you

Have just registered with this practice. Saw the Vet on Friday. How wonderfully refreshing to have a Vet and whole practice that truly cares for animals and puts them first. The Vet was lovely and very approachable. He has an amazing reputation in the community and others cannot recommend him enough and was why I decided upon registering here. All the staff are lovely. They do not over charge and value their customers and all pets. I am so glad and relieved to have a practice I can trust and truly cares. AMAZING!!!!

I have been with this practice since moving to the area 2 years ago and have been happy up until now, especially when I noticed that they don’t carry out any procedures or treatment unnecessarily.
They diagnosed my cat with lymphoma 4 weeks ago and said to bring her in to be PTS when Shea do we were ready. So last Monday I did just that, phoned up to confirm that I could be with my cat during the procedure & on Tuesday booked her in for 10:45 today (Wed). Wednesday morning at 8:30 they called to say that there was a mistake & that I couldn’t be with her, I can buy a drink in the pub, visit my Dad in Hospital but I can’t be with my cat when she dies. I’ve now changed vets & they’re happy for me to be with her.

Marcus and his team are amazing, we have used knotts yard since having our dog. He is a very nervous dog and doesn't do well with vets visits. Marcus and his team always take fantastic care of him and have recently helped guide me through some hard times with his anxiety. They are always on hand for help and advise and truly give the best care. even if we were to move from the area, i personally would travel hours to bring my dog to marcus.
