Medivet Folkestone Sandgate

Have been using Anna House for 2 years now and must say it is one of the best Vet clinics I've attended. Staff are always friendly, always try to be as flexible as possible and, probably most importantly, been great with the animals and their treatments. The loyalty card is just an added bonus.

Staff and vets extremely friendly and caring. Saw Alissa and cannot thank her enough for her care and diligence with my dog. She has a fantastic way with animals. First person to be able to clip my dogs nails in two years. Tried other vets and groomers etc. Cannot rate her highly enough

I wish I could rate Anna House higher.
The staff are lovely, caring and very friendly.
Appointments are easy to come by.
However, recently my puppy needed an operation. The quote was nearly £1000 more expensive than the price we actually paid at another local vet (who was very impressive, the quality of care for my puppy was not at all downgraded).
It is a massive shame that I will no longer return there as I did like all the staff. But the quoted price was just ridiculous in all honesty.

Everyone at Anna House is so kind and friendly, from the lovely ladies at reception, to the nurses and to the vets themselves. They were so lovely with my beautiful Jess when she passed away, and so kind to me. And now I have a feisty kitten Jasmine, who they laugh and play with. They don’t even seem to mind when she tries to bite them! I always recommend Anna House to people and I would never go anywhere else.

We recently had to have our cat very sadly put to sleep. It was awful. We saw a vet at this practice, Dr A Barat. She treated our poor cat so gently, and when I was upset she came and hugged me, stroked my husbands arm and comforted us both. It was just a wonderfully kind, uncomplicated thing to do, but I bet not many people would do it, worrying about what the other persons reaction would be. It was so kind. She was just lovely. The vets at this practice are always lovely to your pet. I have found, and have used 3 different vets, that they are reasonably priced. I have seen another review saying they are expensive. That wasn’t my experience and we have been going to them for years, even though we have moved out of the area, but I would pay a lot extra for the service they provide anyway. Can’t rate them highly enough.

We love the customer service at Anna House. The vets are always lovely and we feel like we get really good advice. I also love the pay-monthly option. I have recommended to other friends already.

I have had pets with Anna house for years. I had a Min Pin who sadly got put to sleep last March after 14 years, I took her in and they were so gentle, calm. Everyone was really respectful, after she died they sent me her ashes in an engraved box, a card and forget me not flowers. This year I got a puppy and she unfortunately had an accident, after rushing her to the vets the staff were so good. She was treated straight away. They were so helpful, she had her follow up appointment today and the vet was kissing her and making a fuss. The staff took her for cuddles, they were really pleased to see her. What more can you ask for? Genuine humans who love and look after your animal when they are unwell. Thank you Anna house - your team and vets are amazing. I am so grateful for you helping Penelope!

I can not recommend all of the staff (not just the veterinary surgeons, the nurses and receptionists too) at Anna House, or thank them, highly enough. My cat was in an accident and was pretty much paralysed from the waist down. Many vets would have put her to sleep - but with their knowledge, willingness to try anything, understanding & kindness at just how important our animals are to us, and their never ending patience - she is now running around (minus a tail!) as though nothing had ever happened. The people here are absolute angels - I have had many animals over the years and trust this practice implicitly.
