Having recently registered with Alpha Vet in Teddington I can honestly say I am extremely impressed all round.
This week our young puppy needed emergency treatment and we have been dealt with in such a professional, kind and sympathetic way. All of the staff have been helpful and kept me up to date regarding treatment throughout.

Darren and the team are lovely, friendly and happy to listen to all my concerns / anxiety. After texting with my concern on Friday I brought my lizard in the following Wednesday. We've had a thorough exam, x-ray, antibiotics and blood tests, and a good plan to get Ozzie better. Very happy, especially when reptile vets are hard to find!

I have an elderly hamster, Gus, who has become quite unwell. Today I was fortunate to be able to get a last minute appointment. I spoke with Kiri on the phone who was polite and reassuring, and when I got to the vets I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Gus saw Alice today who was brilliant. Alice was kind and very knowledgeable, she provided some excellent tips for administering Gus' medication and gave a realistic outlook. I just want to say thankyou for taking the time to see him so we can make him as comfortable as possible and for being so kind.

AlphaVet are fantastically friendly, efficient and have taken wonderful care of all our cats, dogs and rabbits over the last 20 years - love them!

Been coming here for years with several pets and they have always been super friendly and professional. A lot of vets can be clinical and a bad experience for pets but we have never felt that about alpha feels very homely compared to clinical.
