Very helpful, they don't mess you around, like the way the vet took care of my cat.
I have come across alot of vets that would turn around and say something else is wrong with your pet just to get more money out of you.
I don't trust any other vets with my cat apart from this one as they don't see your pet as a
money sign.
Finally a vet i can trust my cat with.

Have been using this clinic for over 15 years. Staff are caring and professional. Several of my pets have had planned surgeries and also emergency overnight stays. Costs are reasonable and you never feel that anything unnecessary is being pushed on you. It helps that they do blood testing and operations on site.

Great service. Agreed to see my budgie for beak/nail clipping when it's hard to find an avian vet in these parts. Budgie happy and well groomed. Advice given. Thank you..

I picked this vet as my parents used to take our dogs there when I was younger and can only remember good things about the place.
I have recently just got a dog myself and thought it would be a good choice to take him there as well.

I visited the vets earlier today and was approached by "Anna Marie".
She came outside and was a bit weird around my dog, she walked towards him and when he dribbled on her leg a little, she seemed disgusted and opened the door shouting to her colleague for a tissue.
She then came back out with her colleague and her colleague went to take the lead off me and I question why is he going in when we haven't even spoken about anything yet.
Her colleague explained a few thing which made me more comfortable so I let him take the dog inside.

Straight off the back Anna asked how will I be paying which stuck me by surprise leaving me a little uncomfortable.

I was asking Anna regarding a previous conversation on the phone with my dog being late for his vaccination, I asked about the vaccination and if he was getting one today to which Anna got funny and was getting frustrated for some reason, I then asked again with her responding raising her voice and telling me shes super confused with an attitude.
I told her to get my dog and she still seemed to have an attitude.

Her colleague who she INSISTED was her assistant was a nice guy and has alot more people skills then Anna.

I only want what's best for the dog and I do not feel at ease leaving my dog anywhere near Anna.

It's safe to say I will not be back and will expressing my experience to others.

I've had two appointments in two days as a semi-emergency. Very efficient and extremely reasonable compared to other vets. I would certainly recommend Penstones for your pets.
