We can say that we are very pleased so far with the service received at this veterinary clinic. The doctors and nurses been very helpful and taken their time giving us all the advice we needed and to explain and answer every question we had about our little kitten, as well look out for offers on their website as you might get a very good deal. Definitely recommend if you are after a vet and as you can see we have a very happy and healthy cat 😏😁

Very friendly helpful staff who really care about pets. My cat Mango was neutered few days ago. I was fully instructed but still worried for him a lot. After the operation I received a call from a vet, who informed me that everything went well and that my boy was totally fine. They also fed him, so he was feeling more comfortable. I took him home the same day in the evening. He was fully conscious, he could walk and he went straight to his bowls to eat. He also received a long lasting painkiller injection, so he could do his usual stuff with no discomfort. Highly recommend ❤

Been with Riverside Grays for 9 years. Have 3 dogs. They have always been amazing and ofter recommend them to other owners. Lost my eldest dog recently and they made our final goodbye very peaceful and not rushed and sympathetic. I have nothing but positive experience with this vet. All the staff are wonderful.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Amazing, knowledgeable, kind vets; the whole team is kind and professional, they always go an extra mile to help all the animals and their owners. I've been going there for over 2 years now - and as an owner of many rescue cats and two dogs, I go to the vets relatively often. I recommended this place to a few of my rescue friends and they all loved it there. Riverside team treated my animals for cancer, thyroid, IBS, did many dentals, spay/neuter and probably more - and always helped. Very trustworthy and exactly as vets should be - they have an 'animal first' approach. Thank you for everything you do, Riverside Team <3

My relatives dog caught there breath due to severe kennel cough they caught from this vets. Had to be rushed to another vet urgently, this dog doesn't go for walks or socialise with other dogs due to anxiety etc a few days after her dental work here she come down with this. Vets response to our complaint is to state they do not want us to return even though none of us ever would especially after seeing what happened to my relatives dog. They don't allow reviews on Facebook..... makes me wonder why. Put a official complaint into Royal veterinary surgeons out of concern. My relative went there for the first time for the dental work so they weren't regulars. Never again for any of us.

Please read! Our family dog who suffers with social anxiety scared to go for outdoor walks (unless it’s in our large family garden or when we rent out a dog field for an hour during the summer months) went here to have a tooth out, a few days after came down with kennel cough never had it before in her life and she is an older dog. She doesn’t socialise with other dogs apart from her elderly older sister who can’t walk due to medical condition so she doesn’t go for w will only treat her if I pay! This is disgusting now my very sick older dog has caught it. Google how kennel cough occurs! I will remove this review when they decide to do the right thing and treat my dog for something that could have been avoided in their care! I will be getting legal advice.

(UPDATE:) This review was originally wrote way over a week ago but I’ve felt the need to edit this, please please when your on Google reviews, please observe the timing and what is said amongst good and bad reviews, sadly businesses do not like their stars go down. I have noticed a couple of reviews that I personally feel a bit suspicious about but that’s my opinion. This is general advice for anyone who look at google reviews, if something looks like it could potentially be not a genuine review, please do the right thing and report to google. This goes for any business. Just bear this in mind when going through reviews. Keep your pets safe, I nearly lost my dear old dog due to how ill she became with the kennel cough strain she caught, thankfully I have amazing family who have helped syringe water and liquidised boiled chicken to help her slowly gain weight.

My experience.

All the staff have gone above and beyond for all the animals in our care( this is alot) Pippa's Army Animal Rescue couldn't do what we do without the support of Marta and her work family. They've cried sad tears and happy tears with us over some of the animals and are passionate and believe they can make a difference. If they are unable to help they refer us to someone who can and negotiate for us.. one of the beat vet practices that I know

After our recent experience with Medivet, I'm happy to drive 20 miles to this practice. Medivet were trying to push us towards paying 8k in overnight drip stays and liver shunt surgery when our little guy was dying from wet FIP. The lovely nurse that dealt with us spotted the tell tales on the first visit and went above and beyond, even ringing me at 8pm on a Friday night to discuss his bloods results.
