Would not leave any of my fur babies anywhere else. Dedicated team looking after them 24 hours a day. Friendly and approachable staff who are very understanding of each of our family pets needs. We have three rescue dogs all with individual needs I can honestly say this is always taken into consideration.

What a bunch of thieves. Paid the for 3 animals pet plan for a year. Used a few months, want to leave them as they are useless and only care about money and nothing else. And guess what?? They refusing to refund me my money. 1 animal has only had a injection and flee and worm and they expect me to pay £335 for it.

They are rude. One staff member today throw a piece of paper at me. The other stater screaming at me, all because I want my money back or the remainder of the plans that I had paid in full for.

Please don’t get robbed by them like I have. I have now had to get my bank involved as dealing with MediVet is just painful. Take your beloved animals to some other veterinarian as these people are NOT interested in the welfare of the animal, they just want to count their cash at the end of the day.

Mind you I have 6 animals registered there and have gone to MediVet for 9 years. And this is how I get treated.

Had to put one star otherwise I couldnt post. Medivet are total rip off merchants. £48 just for a Pets Passport. I used to pay my old vet £5 then it went up to £12. When medivet took over the practice it went up to £40 plus. Other vets in my area are charging just £25 I have found out so wont be using Medivet anymore. Also dont like the fact that all the staff and vets keep changing.

I went to visit my mom's work place and I loved it as they bought loads of dogs in!!

In terms of the employees, they not treat them equal, they don't had a correct management. People which they work temporarily they don't had the same treatment as they own employees. As a location , the building is look like 1965. One of the worst company to work for them. Avoid

The staff are giving husbandry advice without any real knowledge or experience. Recommending products and treatments that vets either have never heard of or instantly dismiss as pointless.
These people need more training and qualifications in animal medicine.

After an admin error on Medivet's behalf, they were able to investigate the issue and refund us within 24 hours of raising the issue. Their customer service was the best I have ever experienced, they really care and made us feel so comfortable throughout the issue. They really went over and above, I would not hesitate to be a customer again in the future. Their pet care is also of the highest quality. Highly recommend.

Bearing in mind this is a large company the staffing levels are very poor. Everything takes days to get a response. I am not blaming the vets but I am criticising the Management. I will probably end taking my custom to another practice outside the Medivet brand
