Felt very safe, and my dog, Bella was happy even though she was a bit put out as l had to wait outside and she had to go in with the vet. Lovely, friendly helpful staff.

Unfortunately I had to have my. At put to sleep.. They were very sensitive to a sad moment and very professional.. They also sent me a card and a pack of forget-me-not seeds which I thought was very thoughtful. I can't knock this vets have always been friendly and nice. Abviously pet owners know that having a pet cost money.. Vets fees here I would say or on par with most. Thank you for showing you care it is always very sad to loose your fur baby.

The vet allowed me to stay with my animal to comfort them, during their procedure. Always friendly service

Very expensive. Simple x-ray under anaesthesia 600. Maybe this is going rate these days, but stuck me as incredibly expensive.

Vet took time to explain options, but couldn't examine because she didn't want to upset the cat. Not wanting to upset the cat could've wasted my 600 pounds because it seems it was an infection, not broken after all.

Neutering was also more expensive here than another quote I got, but the other vet wasn't taking new customers at that time.

Maybe prices are all sky high because everyone takes out insurance now, but we all pay for this one way or another. I think the sector needs more regulation.

Sadly had to have an appointment the staff were so happy to explain all of the process, the animal was treated with the up most respect as well as dignity thank you.
