I spent a lot of time at the hospital and consulting centre recently with my little girl pug. The outcome wasn’t what we wanted and we had to let her go. But I cannot fault,in any way, the care and consideration that Holly and our family received. It was exemplary in every way….veterinary and admin staff were so kind and so professional. Thank you

100% recommend St Georges Emergency Vets. The customer service was 5* from the initial call with the receptionist to the treatment received from the vet.

Obviously a lot more expensive than your general vets visit however if your pet is unwell and it can't wait, contact St Georges!

(P.S. I did speak with an alternative emergency vets who quoted half the price of St Georges but I chose to pay double purely based on the customer service being 5* from St Georges and questionable from the other provider - well worth the extra, especially when trusting people with your family pet).

Would like to thank the admin team over the phone , they fitted me in for an emergency appointment and it turned out to be a mild issue . Very polite and made me at ease . This vets have been stunning everytime I’ve been here . Definitely recommend . They was a bit expensive but was worth it to be put on ease save worrying over the weekend . When I paid the receptionist named Emma Hankin was brilliant and very polite !

Killed my sisters rabbit which is a nursery rabbit. They have a death toll of 6/10 when rabbits are being neutered yet its a low risk procedure nowadays which has been mentioned by other vets that have a 1/37 death toll. Definitely do not recommend these guys, they didn't even seem sorry for what they'd done! In addition to this my sister has been intouch with them and they are completely swerving all of her questions. All the other vets shes emailed have replied straight away!

Always friendly and helpful . Staff at St George's really love all the animals that visit their surgery. My experiences with them have always been positive and my dog has received excellent care. Thank you.

I have been a customer/client with various animals with ongoing medical issues for the last 13 years. All of the staff have been professional, caring, helpful and informative especially Ruth and Jo Weaver. I do and have recommended this surgery to friends, family and colleagues.

Took my dog in for an emergency consultation as she was unwell. The vet I saw by the name of Costas (sorry if wrong or spelt wrong), he was so attentive and caring towards my dog. He was very honest and didn’t want me to pay anything more than I should have been. Very good vet with great patient centred care. Thank you! :)

Managed to get an appointment in short notice and Elena the vet explained what she felt symptoms were explaining my options for treatment..My pet rabbit was gravely ill with what was believed a parasite infection. Elena was so gentle with him.
