Definitely worth visiting. Meeting all these different horses, ponies and donkeys. It's free but they do relay on donations. It's has free car park and a picnicking area. There's a cafe and gift shop.

Definitely a place worth visiting. FREE entry but all donations welcome. The Sanctuary is very well run with welcoming staff. Shop & cafe on the premises offering a small selection of sandwiches, cakes & snacks. Hot & cold drinks available too. A great way to spend the afternoon.

What a fantastic place! My two little ones loved it here and we spent almost three hours wondering around the huge site, looking at and petting all the horses and donkeys. The animals are happy and well looked after. Although they do not charge admission, I strongly suggest making a donation to the wonderful work they do here or even adopting one of the ponies like we did. Looking forward to coming back again soon

Would recommend this place, its lovely place to visit. The ponies were relaxed and friendly, they even came close for a stroke.
The staff were really helpful and friendly, They even offered us a wheel chair as my husband struggles with walking.
This sanctuary is free entry and free parking, but runs entirely on donations, so its important to contribute what you can.
You MUST NOT feed the ponies, but we took carrots which we were allowed to leave in the shop for the staff to add to the ponies feed later.
All in all, a well spent afternoon, looking forward to our next visit.

I bought two adoptions for my nephews at Christmas and decided to go visit them. Lovely day spent with family meeting all the beautiful rescue horses, donkeys, ponies and goats! Lots of space for all the animals to roam safely around their paddocks.

Beautiful horses, ponies & donkeys. Lovely large fields and areas for them to graze. Nice little gift shop, where you can also get takeaway drinks, crisps etc. Spent a lovely couple of hours here.

Such a lovely and peaceful place to come. All the animals look so happy and well cared for. Me and my family have been coming for years and they are forever improving and expanding their sanctuary. Definitely recommend.

Very nice staff, nice charity and coffee shop as well.
I personally think unfortunately there is not enough staff for this amount of horses, but that is not their fault just funding.
