Lloyds Bank

I popped in after having long term issues accessing my account as I don't use it much, needing a new card and my internet banking all sorted out. I was taken to a room and within 10 minutes all my issues were sorted. Very efficient and the lady I dealt with was excellent and friendly. Other banks like the one next door to it could learn a thing or two!

Great customer service even when the staff were rushed off their feet. My son wanted to open a bank account and without an appointment they managed to fit him in even though there were busy. One member of staff in particular stood out, Louise. She was so helpful and accomodating to us as well as other people and remained professional throughout.

Wouldn't recommend. Currently opening a business bank account with Lloyds the process has taken over 3 weeks even though it's a simple start up business. Won't provide meetings push to make the application online but when you have to go in branch to provide identification for the application they lose your ID anyway... Not even going to bother.

Rude tall grey haired women yet again!! Arrive at 3.31pm all I wanted was the blue money bags for work and she said no she was standing at the door she could of just got them. No need I just wanted them for my work. She rude and has been before. Will be making formal complaint tomorrow. Disgusting

Elhiszem hogy vírus meg minden.Előtérben akartunk volna várakozni mert szakadt az eső.Gondoltam mèg párom bent van a bankban pár percet az előtérben várakozhatunk.Hát sajnos nem volt nálam maszk így szépen a kis gyerekemmel együtt ki lettünk küldve a szakadó esőre.Most fordult velem először elő hogy otthon hagytam.Ahogy lekezelően beszèlt velem a hölgy az valami felháborító volt.Hozzá teszem az ajtó nyitva volt,így nem zárt térben voltunk.

Very helpful staff

Closed on a Saturday during peak times with no explanation but 'because we said' and door shut in face, yet people already in. Just wanted to pay in but staff v unhelpful.

Been with them for 20 years always friendly and helpful staff.
