Metro Bank

Walked in yesterday after being trashed by two bank's poor customer service on the same day (one cancelled appointment 1 hour before time, second told us that time was not enough for us yet they had confirmed the appointment). Customer service here was exceptionally good, friendly agents, no need for stupid appointments, open till late. I opened account in a few minutes and walked away with debit cards. I will soon move my main account to you guys. Continue with the good service

After being treated disgracefully by HSBC bank.
I went to open an account with metro bank .
Alex who helped me setup an account , was professional, made the process straight forward and highly efficient , I walked out with two active accounts with cards I've never received such a great service , and wished I'd changed to metro years ago .

Also the interest rates are better than most high Street banks

I switched over to this bank solely because of their banking hours. Given my type of employment, I cannot make it on time to most banks to deposit money. At Metro I can go any day, even on a Sunday! It feels weird banking on a Sunday but am so grateful that Metro is open! Thanks, guys. Your staff is always very pleasant too as soon as you walk in the door.

Would give better rating if they would answer me, but they just collected all personal information and that’s it. This really disappointing, that shows their disrespect and carelessness for their clients. I personally wouldn’t advise to register with them. 👎👎👎👎👎

1st class service by Jordan Dan and Michael. All were all professional knowledgeable and extremely polite. Nothing was too much bother time wasn't an issue all three gentlemen took their time and explained everything in a clear simple manner. In my humble opinion this was by far the best experience ive ever had from a banking institution...Well done guys second to none.

I wanted to add an additional party to my son's bank account and Michael made this process very easy for me. Very professional and polite throughout. Would definitely recommend.
