I don't know why there are bad reviews... Its a fantastic bank one of the best the people there are extremely friendly and they said so much advice it felt amazing.. =D

Rude staff they ignored the customers no smile on their face looks like somebody's forcing them to work takes too long to do anything and not helpful at all they must improve the services inside left my card in the machine once took 30 mins to get it out rest you can imagine and only had 2 people customers in the bank including me

I really RECCOMEND its a good bank I really want them to release photo Card like barclays but it is better than Barclays really friendly reccomed=)

Had an appointment at Halifax today and Tejal helped me a lot I was very happy with her customer service. Thank you 😊

Terrible service. Very restricted opening hours (due to Covid, but worse than other banks). Why on earth are they not open on a Saturday - how are working people expected to use them? Worse still, I phoned to book an appointment and they couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone!

Details not updated so here are the opening and closed "day's" of this Halifax today!

Open 3 days a week for 6.5 hours at a time? This is of no use to your customers.
