Contacted the branch but informed that they were busy. Stated that they would return my call by end of the day. Lost hope after closing time but staff stayed on to return my call. Pleasant member of staff made suitable arrangements and adviced me. Happy now.

My only problem is that I’ve been with this bank for a year and I’ve only access my online account once been in endless time a commented and now they have a technical problem so no off thy customers a far as I know can get online

Absolutely disgusting way to treat people when their family have died!! Dragging their heels to release anything because they're making money on it still, palming people off with excuses for extremely poor admin, costs have had to be paid out and these greedy people have zero compassion!! I will be writing to head office, anyone who has anything with thos building society, really need to think again!! DISGUSTING!!
Waited over 4 weeks now since settling the bereavement and still putting it further back, now we are having to get the FCA involved to escalate it, AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS
