Barclays Bank

Barclays has seriously gone down hill. Staff need training on how to smile and be helpful and polite to their customers, rather than brush off anyone who comes to them for help (or even to ask a question, god forbid!) because they can't be bothered to do their job. Serious training required, you are losing customers because of these zombies working for you who walk around like they're half dead and too prestige to talk to you which they are NOT. Also half the time your machines are out of order and there is a massive queue just to deposit some cash both on the automated machines or the main queue where the horrible staff are. SORT IT OUT!

Yesterday I deal with Lady name off Reena .Well I waiting for the new card for the moment and Yesterday after my Job I was there.This Lady She did help to me.She was wery kind and wery helpful.

Hounslow High Street is one of the worst brances of Barclays that i have ever encountered. I recommend you to visit central london branches if you wish to visit Barclays for any time consuming stuffs like opening joint account, issues with personal savings,etc. To think it takes months to open a joint account was most ridiculous thing even though you and your spouse both hold account in Barclays . A single star is even more than what this branch is worth.

The branch manager Mr. O Meare is the most carefree I have seen. Doesn't care if there are queues stretching up to high Street. No motivation or team spirit amongst the staff. Is it because its a primarily ethnic minority area?? I'm sure you can't get away with this kind of terrible customer service in a white English inhabited area.

40 minutes queue atleast to see a cashier. Usually only 2 counters open. All other local branches closed so have no choice but to use this branch.

I wish i could give 0 if that is an option. Terrible customer service, worst experience ever with a bank. Horrible people who doesn’t even responds for enquires. Would never ever suggest someone to waste their time especially for the hounslow branch

Waited in Que for 40 min to get and see counter person, they had only 2 counter open , lady at door is encouraging people to use self service machine , but obviously you can’t do that if you need to change the address or so. When people are going to counter they have a reason to see someone. Branch manager and Barclay’s should focus more on in store customer convenience than cutting staff cost

Lovely branch with friendly, attentive and professional staff, who take care of all your banking needs. It’s a decent size branch, with a range of ATM machines to withdraw cash, saves you time queuing for counter service. This is my local branch, and am pleased to bank with Barclays.
