Got excellent service from the staff and Branch Director Pretish Vekeria . Got my job done in literally one visit . Staff are professional and helpful. I'll recommend them !

Staff seem friendly enough , but clearly poor management here as staff are not trained properly, requiring assistance from other members of staff. I've been waiting 20 mins and counting in the counter cue and theres only 6 disgruntled customers waiting in total ! Thank god I only visit the branch in extreme circumstances because this would make me sick to the back teeth on a regular basis

Dealing with Belina, was a real pleasure yesterday. She helped me all the way through my needs. I hope she is appreciated by Santander, as she is a real asset to Edgware and Santander.

Worst UX design on app and customer service (through Gita) was awful. I have coronavirus (which she forgot) but wants me to attend a branch? Clueless

What an excellent service from the team of the branch, even though they had long queue they did everything to speed the attention, without loosing the excellent customer service, congratulations!!!

Perhaps, no, not perhaps, most definitely the worst bank i always have the misfortune of visiting. Once again, yesterday I went to the this branch at 2.28pm, 2 cashiers were working, the other 2 stations were vacant, as is always the case, whilst there was a queue from the cashier's desk to the door, all you have to do is watch your video, I finally got out of there at 3.06pm! An utter disgrace! I dread it whenever I have to visit this branch because I know that I will ALWAYS be in a long queue. My daughter & her partner are at present looking to obtain a mortgage, definitely not from Santander, so if anyone out there is thinking of opening any type of account with Santander at this branch, i'd stay far away if I were you

The staff are lovely . However , this branch is VERY BADLY MANAGED . There are only TWO cashiers at the till and sometimes only ONE cashier but ALWAYS a long line of customers waiting to be served . There is ALWAYS a male member of staff standing by the door and another member of staff hanging around beside him . And they’re usually chatting away! Then there’s another member of staff hanging around by the customers in the Queue . They ask you what you want to do and try to entice you to use the machines. They’re very annoying ! I tell them politely that if I didn’t need to be served by the cashier , I wouldn’t be standing in the Queue ! They ask if they can help me in any other way and I ask them if they could please open up another cashier’s desk to which they always reply that they can’t !

Therefore ,there are at least 3/4 members of staff standing around doing absolutely NOTHING ! The manager should open up more cashier’s desks , so SANTANDER’s CUSTOMERS CAN BE SERVED and don’t have to wait 45 minutes to an hour in the Queue
