Midnight Pharmacy open till midnight. Very friendly staff. No parking issues.

Went in to buy some lemsip and couldn’t find it anywhere. The assistant manager Johnson came to help and went straight on the back of the store to get some for us and restock the shelf. He was very friendly and respectful with us. You should promote the guy. The staff has always been very nice and welcoming. The store also contains almost everything that boots can offer.

This is just a review of the pharmacy, changed my prescriptions to this pharmacy due to ease of parking and the fact the store is open everyday and its a large store so must be efficient or not.
Have picked up a few prescriptions from here now and the are rarely ready even days after they have received it. They need to look through a phonebook of unfilled prescriptions every time. As i write this they received a prescription on Thursday and have yet to receive a txt saying its ready (Sunday) so am going to the store later anyway.

The Pharmacy used to be great - efficienct, and super-friendly, but the quality of care, random locums, and processing of prescriptions is terrible now. Service has really gone downhill the last couple of years. Sadly - very poor!

Walked in and photo printing facilities had a message which read "out of order - please ask staff for assistance". I then found a member of staff on the till. When speaking to them they said they would get the photo printing facilities sorted for me. I then spoke to the manager who was at first extremely rude then proceeded to ignore me for the next 5 minutes, so I left. Appalling customer service, will not be revisiting and will be discouraging friends and relatives from visiting this store.

Great staff, always helpful even when busy, and the late night pharmacy can be a real saver for kids prescriptions.

Arena Park's top-notch store visits this store every week. Always bargains and lots new arrivals in-store staff are very nice clean store. Very happy visiting this store on a regular base .Welll done.
