Always looking to ensure they have a satisfied customer and great technical backup - "Mickey" had me sorted in minutes when I had an issue with the SRAM AXS app after component firmware update. Superb customer service handling a lifetime warranty claim for my Trek. My Madone was rebuilt to a Domane frame with minimum fuss. I was kept updated all the time and now have virtually a new bike. Great support from Joel and Ray. Its great to support local family run independent firms. Always a great customer experience.

I don't normally use bike shops for repairs I usually do my own, so a shop has to be good for me to trust with my bike and these guys are, thanks for sourcing and fitted my new headset (and for removing the old one which I had completely butchered 🤣) great shop! Great staff!

Spent several hours with Nathan, Harry and the Team at Mike Vaughan Cycles this morning. Blown away by the incredible service; friendly, supportive and completely non-patronising. Staff even came to our car to sort out our bike rack, before recommending and actually putting it into our car. Would recommend to anyone wanting to buy any type of bike. Good sized bike shop with everything for the beginner to professional cyclist.
Friendly helpful staff to help with all your needs. I had a turbo trainer on order that wasn't available anywhere. Placed an order kept in contact with Ray, who contacted me the minute it came in. Helped me set it all up with all the additions I needed for myself and wife.
Thoroughly recommend, I'm hoping to go back for a new mountain bike through the cycle to work scheme.
