I came to Evans Cycles in Leamington as other bike shops were so busy. Not only did they see me the same day but they opened half an hour early to ensure I could drop the bike in before I went to work, Despite it turning into a fiendish job, Rob managed to find all the spare parts from his own kit bag and have it ready by noon. Highly impressed and highly recommend this new change of management.

Brought my son a bike for his birthday as I thought this was a reputable retailer. The bike turned up damaged with scratches, broken reflectors and a buckled rear wheel. Spoke with customer services to get a replacement. 4 weeks later after 3 times of reaching out to customer services I was told the bike is now out of stock and a refund will be issued. After waiting 6 days I spoke with customer services again and was only then informed to go back to the store where I purchased the bike for them to help me further. First and last time I will be buying anything from this company.

I came here last week as my foldable pedal broke off. Ethan helped me out but couldnt replace the pedal as it was out of stock but offered a normal pedal which was very kind. Ethan advised me to buy them via Amazon so I did so he could replace them. Today the pedals arrived via Amazon and I went back to Evans. Ethan wasnt around but Scott was who helped me out and replaced the pedals for free! I highly recommend this bikeshop!

Scott helped me with sorting a flat tyre. I am clueless about bikes and he was lovely. Helped show me what to do and was great. Victoria Stuart

We were fortunate enough to be served by Scott today who answered all of our questions (we had a lot) with much patience and knowledge. Based on this excellent service my boyfriend was able to make a confident decision about his purchase. Thank you Scott for taking your time with us on a busy Saturday!

I went in with a mud guard issue. Scott was so helpful and even readjusted my bike seat. Great first experience in store

Popped in to look at bikes on my way home before buying online.
The only reason I returned and bought through Evans Leamington was because of the excellent customer service by Matt, a young employee who's passion and enthusiasm for push bikes was so clear.
Matt was keen to walk me through the bikes, pros of each design and what fitted within my budget. At the same time, I didn't feel pressured into buying a bike

Stay clear of this company! Brought a bike back in June online it turned up damaged and unusable we were told we could exchange it however once sent back we were told they had sold out of the bike so asked for a refund. Online they told us we had to go in-store for the refund. Went in store they told us it had to be done online this went on a few times eventually the store offered us a refund for the delivery and nothing else! We declined as we want the whole refund for a bike we do not have! Here we are in 2023 with still no refund for a bike that was returned!! 🤬🤬🤬
