Poor customer experience, they don't answer your emails or phone calls once they sell you a bike... frustrating!

Hopeless company, can’t be bothered to answer the phone or reply to emails. Been trying to get hold of Tune parts for over 6 months. Tried to repeatedly get hold of someone to no avail.

Very well organised company. Knowledgeable staff and willing to listen and supply at customers specific requests.
