We turned up and was greeted instantly. We explained what was wrong with the scooter and the staff took the scooter and repaired it very quickly. The staff was very polite and helpful all in all it was a great service. And if something goes wrong with the scooter again we will be going bk to this branch even though its quite a travel for us.

Just went to Pure Electric’s Boxpark Croydon shop just to have a look and to seek advice on what scooter would be right for me. The guys there were amazing, really knew their stuff, friendly, and gave me confidence in the brand. I’ve purchased a new Pure Air in grey, with free delivery to my home. Also they said if I ever need help with maintaining it, or any further advice then I can always bring the scooter in for them to look at which is really reassuring! Looking forward to delivery and getting out there on the scooter!

They do not fix all scooters. Especially big ones. So call and check before you arrive. If their Internet is down they will not answer the phone! Dragged my scooter all the way to Croydon to find they do not fix them! The assistant was very helpful and searched where I can get my scooter repaired, 10 points for him.

We visited the store today to get a inner tube problem sorted. Well Abdul is an awesome person, So helpful professional and an absolute pleasure. We had the problem sorted and we're on our way within an hour. EVERY branch needs an "Abdul" this young man went above and beyond our expectations. Have an Aovo and broke my stem . Bought a replacement and brought it to the shop where these gents were extremely helpful in fitting the replacement for me . 1 hour and £10 later i walked away the happiest man in Croydon . If and when i do decide to get a new scooter , i shall be buying from here .

The guys in there were great. Extensive product knowledge and advice from the salesman. The mechanical wiz replaced/fixed my wheel in about 30-40mins. If you have a puncture + money + live anywhere near here. I 100% advise you give them a ring, turnover time MUCH MUCH faster then Halfords. I would advise 1st time buyers to purchase from Pure Electric > Halfords.
