Fab little cafe, we thought it was just a coffee and cake stop, but we were wrong. Lovely veggie breakfast , and served all day. Other veggie options on the menu too. And great value. Probably now our number 1 spot for breakfast in Settle.

Gabe was great and very helpful. With his expertise and enthusiasm he fixed my electric bike battery and basically “saved “ our cycling holiday. Thanks once again Gabe you are a great asset to the business.
The shop is also excellent and the cafe facilities aswell as the quality of the bike products make it stand out. ALL the staff need to be looked after and encouraged as they are great. Thank you all.

On my way to Hawes, the bike shop café in Settle is a nice & friendly café to visit for a coffee and lite bite.
There is plenty of seating inside and outside.
The cinnamon buns are amazing, not to be missed. 🙂

Excellent E-Bike rental shop. We were served by a gentleman named Mick. He was friendly, funny and went above and beyond in customer service. He gave us directions and made sure we had everything needed for our rentals such as fully charged bikes , helmets and locks. I would 100% recommend this shop.

I placed an order online and selected the delivery option (£20). I was then contacted to say they couldn't deliver through the courier network as it was too heavy. I understood this and arranged for a courier to collect as previously agreed with the store.

Without warning they cancelled my order and Aaron asked me to place my order again online. I phoned back in the morning as my bike was no longer showing available online only to be told that they no longer want to sell the bike.

Leaving me with no bike and a negative mark on my credit history as a result of applying for part funding via the V12 Finance option.

An all together very disappointing experience - Avoid online orders with this company.

We agreed £35 for 4 hour hire of a four year old DMR DiamondBack LUX 27.5 HT EMTB but due to a comms breakdown I accepted a new Benno step through E-bike. After 30 minutes I took it back and the guy upstairs immediately brought me the DMR bike. The next three hours up Giggleswick Scar, Feizor, riverbank to Horton and back over Malham Moor was brilliant!

Drove up from Birmingham to pick up a bike. Well worth it. Great service. Great prices. Great coffee and cakes (added bonus of in house coffee shop)
Loads of extras available, clothing and all. Perfect stop if you need anything.

Was in on Saturday to make a not insubstantial purchase over £50. A lovely young man helped but was then taken away from us mid purchase to deal with another customer- by a dark haired small lady- who seemed to think that was acceptable ( and even funny) customer service. I found that incredibly rude. The poor young man was obviously of the same opinion as me but his 'superior' had told him to do something else so he complied- Not a great example or lesson in customer care.
