I have been buying BMWs for as long as I have been driving, i have dealt with many different dealers and there is no doubt this dealer is the best I have come across. The most important thing for me is service then value.

The staff at Soper BMW from the receptionists to the management are all courteous, professional and extremely friendly, there is no wonder why this company receives such rave reviews.

I have bought 2 cars from Soper BMW and although Im based in Surrey near london the previous cars have been delivered to me on lorry that has sides so the car is hidden away from view. I prefer this method of receiving my car as its so special when the car rolls off the lorry then you set eyes on it for the first time.

Ive just bought my latest car an M4 coupe, they were able to offer me a 0% interest only deal and I just had to do it, i'm very excited and cant wait for the moment my new car rolls off the lorry.

Id like to say a massive thanks to Tim and Sean for being patient with me whilst I decided what to buy, you guys deserve a pat on the back.

Bought a car off them and everything fine until something broke. Told I would be called back and I wasn’t and had to phone back. Person had a serious attitude problem but very nice when buying the car. Avoid at all costs as after sales service is shocking and no help at all.

Staff were helpful and pleasant but at the end of the day a BMW should not fail its first MOT. This was not covered under warranty which was very disappointing. Clearly if a professional tyre fitter can’t take a tyre off without damaging the valve then there is a problem with the design and this should be looked at

I had an issue with my BMW idrive, phoned in the morning and given an appointment with their "Genius" Jack that morning. Sorted my problem out in 10 mins. That's what I call great customer service. Jack and receptionist were excellent! Thank you!!

5 star service - can't recommend enough will certainly be using these for my servicing and maintenance going forward. Only downside is trying to get a curtesy car is near impossible but that's down to the current situation!
