Cotswold Cheltenham BMW

Just picked up my M4 after a service and mechanical repair. Every aspect of my experience dealing with Cotswold Cheltenham was outstanding! All the team were brilliant and special mention to Josh C who kept me informed on a daily basis and just a nice guy to deal with! Highly recommended

What a garage! Came here to collect a car with my brother and as soon as you get there the classic cars on display absolutely blew me away, seeing the Z8 in person was a first for me! I was further blown away when we were told there was an entire first floor full of classic BMWs, there was a ton of cars on display from M Perfomance vehicles to choose from, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Took my scooter in for a routine service. I sat and waited in their rest area, with complimentary drinks and snacks. I received a video clip from the workshop giving the bike a walk around health check. The service went without a hitch and was £60 cheaper than quoted. An enjoyable experience and the bike continues it's journey with a full BMW history.

Best BMW dealership experience bar none. And I've been to most. Vast array of New and some very nice and rarer classics. Will buy again from them .

From receiving a video at 8am, the service was exceptional throughout. I was happy to buy a variety of cars closer to home but in the end I purchased because of the experience. Worth the 160 mile journey! Well done Damon, keep doing what you’re doing.

What can I say - what a pleasure to deal with! Dave Rogers has been great from start to finish with my M3 purchase. Then you arrive at the dealership and wow, it just gets better! Surely the best dealership in the UK with the array of classics beautifully presented demonstrating that this is more than a business, it’s a passion as well. Compared to the big groups dealing with Dave & Cotswold is night and day - this is how buying a premium marque car should be! 👍

Filthy 'Courtesy' Car...Paid £25 to have a courtesy car while my BMW was being serviced. Strangely received a Mini even though I am a BMW customer. The car was dirty throughout, had not been cleaned at all, which is ridiculous considering we're still enduring a global pandemic. When I shared my concerns, no solution was offered. Poor.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at BMW cotswold in Cheltenham, cannot recommend enough.
I recently had my license reinstated due to medical reasons and I found a lovely little 118i convertible that hadn’t even been properly up for sale in the showroom no photos and called twice, when I got through the second time I talked to Steve who was very lovely and understood my eagerness due to how rare a 1 series from a dealer is. When I met both Steve and Dan the next day, both absolutely lovely chaps from the Used Sales department and really really went above and beyond. The car hadn’t even been properly gone through the workshop yet and I was able to see what it was like before settling!
They were aware that it was my birthday next week and made the whole event so special for me. They genuinely went beyond and above for the experience and could tell I really really sought out this car; even unveiled it for me which made me feel so so appreciated as a customer
Again massive shout to Dan for dealing with all the emails I sent in the interim and Steve for dealing with my eager call to reserve the car without any photos and taking the jump.
Hope Joshua also has a lovely internship and thanks for also making the handing keys and collecting the convertible so smooth.
