They will make you wait one hour and a half to “test” the product you’d want to sell, you’ll come back and then all of a sudden they’ll tell you to wait again (they don’t test it when they tell you they will, only when they’re ready too) only for them to tell me my product is apparently fault when I bought it to them perfectly. God knows what they do. Wouldn’t recommend go GAME TECH , it’s in the treaty centre perfect deals too

I came all the way, to buy a specific mobile and when I saw a large scratch on the screen I tried politely to ask them to put it class C instead of B.Both gentlemen trying to help, but the lady was extremely rude like doesn’t want me to buy anything from the store. I even stop buying the other mobile which is iPhone 13 because of her.
Before I bought an Apple Watch from the same shop and I will never come back.

Item I wanted wasn't available locally so we had to travel to Ruslip. Assistant at CEX was really helpful, polite & friendly. He listened to what we wanted, charged up the item so we could see it working & explained about the warranty, also advised us about what to do if we change our minds & about returns. Really good customer service. Thank you

Bought an item took it home and it was faulty buttons on a mouse not working. Brought it back within 2 hours and they wanted to go through a lengthy testing process before I could straight swap it.
Staff are friendly and helpful but redicous returns policy.
I'm unlikely to buy from then again

I bought a phone unbeknown to me - with low battery life, wouldn't last 1/2 day, came into let them know and they run tests which I waited around for - eventually said phone was ok, but when i pointed out battery efficiency, they realised it was very low. They agreed to refund but I couldn't do it on same day due my son's iCloud settings, so I agreed to return another day.
I had returned home without the iPhone cover and sim, Frantically went in next day to different staff - who stated that there was no sim to be found as they get LOST all the time.. Very unsatisfactory answer - then to be told the phone shops will give me another. However, my son did not have a tariff and all his numbers / contacts are now LOST. Very upsetting that they were so ignorant about it - especially in a shop that sells phones.....
Got my refund, but don't think I will return in a hurry.

They have lots of used computers, mobile phones, DVDs, laptops, screens, keyboards & other accessories for gadgets, service is better than in some other shops, prices are reasonable.

They sold me a used item for £50 and on my way back home, my son told me it (brand new) was available at the same price at Argos. Maybe it was my fault, I did not check the market. Even then it was not a recommended business ethic.
