We left 3 bags of DVDs and games with them for a couple of hours to trade in. We picked some back up as they wouldnt take them due to the disc being scratched. But when we got home we noticed that some of the ones they wouldnt take arent what we left with them, the cases were broken or stained where they hadnt been when we took them and one of them had the discs in a sleeve in the box rather than in the cases. They hadnt even tried to hide that they swapped them.

Terrible service. They do not want to be bothered testing GPUs here. Don’t waste your time. The 2 ladies that weee working on Tuesday September 20 at 1322 just did not want to be bothered. Told me to go to Bexley which is miles and miles away. So lazy.

Excellent place to go for tech, games and DVDs/blue rays. Although some of their prices do seem a little bit high. However, electrical items come with a 2 year guarantee
