Burger King

For a fast food restaurant, it tasted absolutely amazing. It smashes every other fast food restaurant so far out of the park that nobody's even bothered to go and get the ball because everybody knows how amazing this place is. All of the staff are super friendly and laid back, the food looked like I'd asked for it to be built to absolute perfection, and I can't recall any other meal that tastes better than that for £7.
If you have a sub-par experience here, you're somewhere else.

No hot drinks because they "didnt have the right kind of cups" utterly ridiculous. Food was alright though. Seated area was a real mess. Considering how many staff they had on and how quiet it was they should have had no problem keeping it clean and tidy.

Nice little rest stop with Gregg's and Burger King, restrooms and an ATM (free cash withdrawal) available.
Clean and tidy area, nice atmosphere, plenty of seating available.
Pricing of food as expected for each restaurant.
BK did not serve until 10am.

Food tasty and warm, toilets not working, all floor and every table dirty. Looked like it needed a deep clean, rubbish on floor and food plus sticky tables. Should have gone over the road to McDonald's but fancied a change. We won't be returning.

Will not use this burger king again ordered twice from them both times order was wrong. When phoned to speak to someone they say they could sort the order out
You pay for delivery then they expect you to drive to get your right meal. Surely its up to them to get your meal you paid for to you i think the customer services needs to be look at . We are 10.65 out of pocket as one whole meal was not delivery.

It's a service station burger king with limited services. The toilets have been out of order for 4+ months with a sign citing plumbing issues. It's perfectly fine if you want food. But don't count on being able to use the loo

After having bad experiences at Burger King previously my expectations weren’t high but I have to give credit when due my experience at this Burger King was night and day compared to previous visits at other restaurants.
Food was good quality and piping hot, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the tables and restaurant was very clean.

Great Job in changing my expectations for Burger King. I would definitely visit again.
