Fantastic place . Great service i have broken my fibula and at the time thought it was a sprained ankle. I was so looked after, nothing was to much trouble i had a check up an xray and then it was put into plaster. The nurses Megan and Jeanette were so kind they made sure my ankle /leg was comfortable. I just want to say Thank You

This is a wonderful hospital. The staff are very helpful, caring and passionate. The best minor injuries unit in north wales if not all wales.

My dad was sent here to be seen and suffered a dizzy spell in the waiting room due to low blood pressure, the staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful and professional.

I had to visit Holywell community hospital yesterday as I had a concrete block land on foot. Now there is enough bad reviews about hospitals so I have to tell you what a wonderful experience I had under my circumstances. Cleanliness 5 star Lois in reception 5 star the girls in x Ray 5 star but my last 5 star rating goes to val vickers ( I think all the names are correct ) from the moment she called me into her clinic to when I had actually arrived back home in Llandudno where she even took time out to phone me personally about my x rays and advice on what not to do and what I should do to help my recovery
I can't thank you all enough thanks x

I visited Holywell Hospital yesterday as my daughter had her earring stuck in her ear after having it shut in the car door.
There is no much negative press about the NHS but have to say they were absolutely fantastic, was told to bring her straight up and waiting no longer than 10 minutes, the nurses were lovely and so caring. Thank you so much
