Brayley Honda Ewell

(Zero rating actually). DO NOT GO TO BRAYLEYS HONDA EWELL. I went for servicing of my Honda CRV car on 10th June 2020. When I went to collect the car in the evening I found that the front bonnet had a dent and scratch (pics attached). I immediately showed it to the person attending - Mr Mark Hopkins who said that he would respond on the next day. Later on the garage put the blame on me and even the Area Manager refused to note my complaint. It is a bad garage and if they damage your car they will flatly refuse, even lie and put the blame on you.

The staff were very competent from when I booked the car in to when I collected it. The service and MOT were completed, and I was informed of work that needed to be done in advance of it being completed.
I would recommend this firm to all Honda drivers in the Epsom & Ewell area,

Just called in to look at a Hybrid Car. No intention of buying but had been recommended by a friend.
Sales man very helpful showing us the various cars. He didn't try to sell us the car but gave us the keys to test a Jazz - a car we were not interested in.
Returned the keys
and bought a brand new Jazz Crosstar.
Loved it Higher off the ground, great cabin space, 4 comfortable seats, nippy and the back seats adjust to give great storage.

I had been past the dealership and saw a car ( Honda Civic ) that I liked

I am interested in a Honda e at some point and Brayley's kindly loaned me one of theirs as a courtesy car to test drive for the day which was very cool. Service was thorough, new front tyres ordered and fitted next day (meant I got the Honda e for a night!) and MOT done without any fuss.

Put my car in for an Mot.
On the day I asked for my car to be ready by 1pm and able to collect.
I got a phone call at midday saying it was ready and waiting for me.
Thank you, as I had to be elsewhere at 2pm.

They charge same amount for collect even when they couldnt collect it and did nothing with AA. I had to call AA numerous times. AA broke fuse they say its AA's problem. This place only cares about making money. The distinction with AA and honda is a joke and to avoid liability. They are also slow with completing order.

Very friendly and helpful staff, having just purchased a new car my sales guy was very happy to answered any questions.Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
