Very close to city centre, spacious and very clean room ,tea coffee milk topped up daily. Excellent choice at breakfast, and cooked perfectly.owners friendly and helpful.will definitely stay again

The staff were friendly and the place was clean there was parking and awell stocked tea tray. There was lots of cupboard spa ce and the whole expierence was positive it was clean and i had a pleasantstay
