I did not stay here but used the rental car service that is attached. I've read most of the other reviews and it's still the same. The place is a dump. The people are very rude. You will get denied to use the toilet. You will get denied to enter the restaurant. I'm confused as to why there are guards at the front of a dumpy hotel. I don't even have to post photos because it's the same as the previous photos posted before my review.
Edit: There are a lot of older men sitting on the benches right next to the airport shuttle. It's very unsettling because there are about 8-10 of them. Very strange.

Dropped a rental car off here. Very rundown hotel. Two guards outside would not let me in to use the restroom, or buy coffee or food from the Cafe. Very sketchy. Don't go here.

A shame to have the Holiday Inn logo!
What a decadent building. How many years since last paint?
Although conviniently located 15 mins from Heathrow, the zone itself even more decadent: dirty, garbage spilled in its own parking lot and surrounding gardens.
Where is the corporate supervision of the brand?
A shame.

Felt very comfortable in the room. Staff were helpful but the roof bar needs to expand there food menu

Firstly, I have never stayed at this hotel so cannot give a comprehensive review of this establishment. I can say that I have been around the hotel, it looks shabby and run down. I was also informed reliably that the hotel takes in refugees, this is backed up with two security guards standing outside of the hotel. Personally I would not stay there.

Well I was just dropping off my friend,a guest, and one of the doormen challenged me as I approached the door. "Where are you going?" I was told that the hotel was a private establishment and I was not welcome to use the toilet before I drove home. I was quite stunned. There must be some problem at the hotel, which seems to be subletting its car park, and perhaps the doorman mistook me for someone in a particular role he didn't approve of but there was no need to be rude, and no attempt was made to find out in what capacity I was at the hotel.

Very good hotel, stayed there during quarantine. Very well managed, checkin (wait time at bus) can be improved.
Food was good and service was prompt. Rooms were spacious. Toiletries provided were good. Rooms were cold... Because of summer month only cooling is enabled, which is not right when the nightly temperature was less than 10 degrees. Had to repeatedly call to request for enabling heating, which would be enabled only for a while.

Excellent service in quarantine times. We stayed 13 days. Polite staff, tasty food with a variety to choose from, at door service, laundry facility. Cant fault the service.
Bed is comfortable, TV, wifi, mini fridge. We were able to comfortable work from our room, no network problems.

The room service went above and beyond to cater to our meal time due to fasting in Ramadan and after Ramadan too. They efficiently bring our breakfast at 2.45 am. Quarantine would've been a nightmare had it not been for Holiday Inn. Thank you!!!
