I will start with the negatives and end with the positives. Carpet in my room was bubbled in places , mold In the bathroom on the ceiling and the shower stall. Shower door didnt slide very well. The air conditioner wasnt turned on in my room had to go down and ask for it to be switched on. Out of the 4 rooms I booked I had the smallest room. Now the positives, really good location , beds were comfy and couldn't hear anything from the road. Friendly staff. All the rooms were a good side , bath tub with a shower in 3 out of the 4 rooms. Would stay again it did cost £20 for parking for 24 hours but I knew that from the website.

Feels a bit tired and scruffy. Other Premier Inn have raised their game so I’ve started to expect more from them. The sink was blocked. The electric fused when I put on the kettle. The shower head was all corroded and the welcome from staff was very cool.

Each member of staff made me feel so welcome. Very friendly and warm which was great.
My room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good and you can't hear the road at all.
Would definitely stay again and recommend.

A quiet and comfortable room; with a typically ugly Dalston view. The shower was a little grim as you can see in the photos, so not the nicest sight each morning to greet you. I recommend they buy bleach or just new shower heads!

But I slept well, the room was spacious, so I didn’t need to share my bed with my suitcase as you often do in smaller hotel rooms 😁

The location was perfect for my needs too

Clean and comfortable but noisy (we could hear banging and kids shouting next door, and stomping above us). Staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was not the best, only because they kept supplies limited. Shower was lovely.

We stayed overnight for a gig we were attending. The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming and the room was nice and clean. The checkout isn't an early one so that was appealing considering we didn't get in until 2am. Great nights sleep. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I have been to several hotels all over north America and Europe but this is the lowest quality hotel. This hotel is recommended to be the best in London. I assume people in London don't know good hotel and need to travel outside of London/England. The bathroom was old and nasty. We had to shower in our slippers. The room had no draws no closet and everything was old and dirty/stained. We were afraid to use or touch anything in the room and had to be constantly sanitizing the stuffs in the room. Just the worst. For the price stay elsewhere. It's not worth the money. We had to take back our money for breakfast the first morning. The hash browns and eggs had hair on them. The place is just very unclean.

ACCESSIBILITY: 1 adult with wheelchair. The room has the proper space for a wheelchair. The fireproof doors are manual and heavy. I definitely need someone else to help me out with these types of doors. The staff was amazingly kind and supportive. Thank you!
