Delta Hotels by Marriott Warwick

I think this hotels deserves a better rating. I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and was very positively surprised. The room was large and comfortable, so was the bed. Clean, modern bathroom, quiet and good sleep.
Breakfast was fine (for those who like English breakfast), and also with a good number of healthy fruit and cereal options.
I wished I had thought of bringing some workout clothes since the gym looks very clean and well equipped also!

Stayed in a ground floor room which had not been decorated probably since the 90s! Very old decor and very tired looking.

The room was smelly, with cobwebs and the bathroom had mould. Some lights were not working in the bathroom. The bathroom shower ‘dribbled’ out water at best and was just not clean feeling.

My friends stayed in rooms on the first floor and they were modern. So, just don’t stay on the ground floor!!!

Breakfast was okay and staff friendly.

Just off the motorway in a good spot. Hotel has been refurbed recently so is looking and feeling really special.

My room was really nice. Feels fresh. Comfy bed, great pillows, free wifi. Bathroom had nice body wash & shampoo, as well as a nice rainfall shower.

Would really recommend this spot. Will be back.

Great meal at the bar, friendly staff and the rooms were clean, tidy and a very comfy bed... Slept well. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so lovely 😊

Good place to stay. Front desk were very helpful but the room was a bit dusty in places. A Hoover wouldn't of gone a miss either, it had been done but not fully.
A little bit expensive in the restaurant for what you get but excellent flavour and cooked very well.
My colleague had the steak and it was done just how he asked, while I had the fish and chips and that was done well too.

Haven't stayed here... only visited friends who were staying overnight. Had coffee + light bite here. Very busy, excellent quality but not overly expensive. Probability a great place to stay if you're looking for a medium/higher price (quality) hotel in an excellent location for Warwick & connecting motorway (M40)

I booked a double room and was put up in an old room with spiders, ripped wallpaper coming off the wall, mold in the bathroom tiles and of course (because why not) a Mormon bible. Upon asking for a new room from the hotel the receptionist said she was fully booked and couldn’t give me another room. She then pointed to a woman leaving saying that she checked out early because of the same reason.

The photos of the room I booked were of the refurbished room. I stayed in those once before and didn’t know it was a hit and miss for the same price. Don’t be fooled by the fancy reception area.

This is the worst Marriot property in the entire Europe. Half of the rooms are still old & dirty. The carpets are stained. Showers don't have hot water. The staff is untrained & rude. I have stayed here 7 times in the last 24 months & have seen the quality of service drop. I am not staying at the property ever again.

I am reporting this hotel to the authorities.
