Quality customer service from the staff. Nice quiet rooms with loads of space and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of items to choose from. I can see why this branch gets really busy. will definitely be visiting again.

Had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Besides one of the kitchen staff at the omelette stand, all were very friendly. From Robin and Abdel at concierge, to Sofia, Nicola, and others at the front desk, and the housekeeping staff. They were very professional and helpful.

The kids loved breakfast. Was always a great start to their day. The rooms were always properly cleaned and made.

In all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel. Welcomed by Xavier, was checked in by Mara in front desk quickly felt very welcomed. First impressions hotel very clean look. Room was spacious and was not disappointed bathroom was spotless and excellent room service. Car park on site which was a bonus as didn’t have to go looking for a space. Breakfast was extra but plenty to choose from and of good quality. Xavier helped us with our luggage to our room and even helped me find my car parking spot. Nothing was too much trouble. We were treated very nicely at all times. Definitely worth a visit and will be coming back to this hotel. Well done 5* service.

This has to be one of the best Hilton hotels we've stayed. Make that one of the best city hotels we've stayed in.

The front desk staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.

The rooms are excellent and well kept. Breakfast was very nice and lots to choose from.

The location is handy with the tube nearby and dlr also near with a mall and restaurants.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back in the future.

Travelling with the family, first time at the Hilton, we just love it.
Great service, comfortable rooms, good location, sound isolation, elevators availability is wonderful, staff is really welcoming and helpful and even the breakfast is tasty and full with a selection of ingredients to choose from.
Oh, I must mention the very efficient, quiet and cool air condition and the unbelievable bed mattress.... we did not want to wake up!

This hotel is lovely. From the moment you walk through the doors, you will be welcomed by friendly and professional staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar has a great atmosphere. And the hotel is an easy, quick journey to the O2 Arena where we had tickets for a concert. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Wonderful hotel. Great welcome and checkout with James who was extremely professional and helpful. Lovely interconnecting rooms for family of 5. Large modern clean bathrooms. Excellent bedding. Fantastic breakfast. For the slight distance away from central London I think it more than compensates with price and size / quality of room.
