Very good hotel for its price. Parking is limited and expensive for an overnight stay.

Rooms are a tad small but clean and well equipped. Bathroom is good quality.

Didnt have breakfast but looked good.

Complimentary warm cookies, bottled water and nibbles are a nice touch.

Very close to the town centre and restaurants.

Would definitely go back.

Rooms are very dark and would benefit from improved lighting. Bed was very hard and pillows overly soft and flat and only 1 pillow per guest.
Breakfast was extremely varied and catered for a variety of tastes and dietary requirements. Staff were friendly during breakfast service and were on top of replenishing items.

Nice hotel. Excellent evening meal. Very friendly staff in reception.
However. Room dull and stiflingly hot. Could not get the room to cool. Bathroom flooded into bedroom if shower left on more than five mins.
Arrived for evening meal at 8pm. No available tables in restaurant. Was advised by readtaurant staff that we would have to eat in the bar which has very low tables. Only after arguing our point was a table in the restaurant found for us.
Residents bar closes at 10pm and staff refused to let us buy a drink at 10.20 even though we wanted to take it to our room.

Really nice stay in a good central hotel, all the staff were really professional and interested to get things right.
Queen suite was very nice, with tea and coffee etc.
Conference room very well run, the attention to detail above and beyond.

My welcome from Jodie at the desk was exceptional, she is a credit to the hotel. I got an upgrade as a Diamond member, the room had everything I required. Breakfast was also good and the team there were friendly. I will happily go back as it was great value for the price.

Staff at this hotel is, by far, the best aspect of the stay. From the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and room service staff...all very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are a bit small and dark. My room was cold all the time, and I stayed for 2 weeks. The bed is very hard and the pillows are very soft. It's okay for a few nights, but long term stays may be rough if you are not used to sleeping on a hard, unforgiving mattress. The location is ideal, being a few blocks from the mall, many restaurants, a theatre and transportation hub. Overall it's a reasonably priced location for a stay.

The stuff were very welcome and helpful. All stars for them (5 star for reception and all others there).
My complaints: The room was not very clean at the level what would you expect from this big brand hotel. The air conditioner was smell of dust like in the metro underground. Probably filter is not changed for 2-3 years. The bathroom needs solution about the dump. The menu was not enough good with alternatives for people with allergies. Otherwise the services were amazing and the food was really tasty and well prepared. Generally needs improvements and more attention to cleanliness and conditioning.

Stayed here for one night and thank god it was only that. Called up to say we would arrive late as a courtesy. When we arrived, the receptionist kept mentioning how it was late and we should have called - which we had already done so. Kept saying ‘oh the books are closed now’ and ignored the fact we had booked on the app. Completely ignored the fact that we were diamond members. No water given, no upgrade (apparently no rooms available however there were many available on the Hilton website).
The room was cold, dark, hard beds and the duvets were dirty. The shower was the worst park - brown, old shower curtain. Extremely dirty. The Hilton standards are really slacking in this outdated hotel and the staff definitely need to be retrained. Poor service & not happy at all.
