Always immaculate. Everything you need, a/con very welcome. Lovely reception lady, put us ground floor as we have a woofer. Friendly bar/kitchen staff, knowledgeable about local taxi firms, pubs, eateries. Always found it quiet night times. Small fridge in room in summer would be a blessing but....

The whole place was tidy and clean. Up to date with having plugs for charging up phones/tablets. Staff very pleasant.
Been to many Travelodges and this one was very comfortable. Lidl & Costa right next door.
Conveniently placed for motorways etc. Only down fall was not enough tea/coffee as stayed for 5 days and not enough towels, but just asked at reception.
Would definitely stay at this one again.

Bed was hard, but that's a personal choice I suppose. Clean and presentable. Breakfast costs £8.99, ok if you're a big eater. No consessions for light eaters so my husband ate alone. Members of staff very friendly and helpful.

What wonderful staff. From chambermaids to reception to chef.

It's a lovel Dog friendly hotel. Here at the moment for 12 nights.

The staff all make a fuss of the dog and nothing is too much trouble. Though if your bringing a dog, the Apex park for the dogs is a 5 minute drive and whilst you could walk it I'm told, it's a busy road with industrial traffic.

You are on an industrial estate. That said, Aldi is opposite along with Costa.

Burnham on sea and Highbridge a short driving distance too.

I've not seen one non smiley staff member and the food here is great with two course for £12.50.

If you run out of tea coffee loo roll milk etc just ask and they replace .

Plenty of parking with disibility near the entrance.

Only snag is nowhere really apart from carparks and grass edges to walk dogs but there is this carpark plus Aldis and Costas and Costa has outside seating.

Close to M5. Would rate higher but we checked in at 10pm & found the window open, freezing cold room, TV not working & unhelpful reception.
Oh & hard to park at an articulated lorry was taking up 6 spaces?!

The best lit car park ever +security lights from the nearby toolstation illuminated our room so we'll we didn't need interior lighting. Downside was yep too bright to sleep, also worth noting is the local council use the top floor for social housing.. Friendly staff tho

There was no warm welcome from the reception, it seemed like we were an inconvenience. The cafe was closed at 17.30 we had to order a takeaway from Mint Bay, A lovely India meal.
There was no shower gel in the dispenser. Luckily I brought some with me.

Awful stay, the mattresses are rock hard, the duvets are filthy, there’s an awful smell throughout the hotel, the carpets are filthy, the shower is like standing under spitty rain, and the noise coming from other rooms is horrendous, could not sleep! All in all the hotel has a very unclean and heavy vibe, it’s not somewhere where I would recommend or go back to! And I was not the only guest to state so
