Really close to Balloch Train Station went to Glasgow then onto.Edinburgh and back Excellent Service as for room.Shower was lying open dangerous so glad we didnt start to use it informed Staff it was fixed next day so had to use another room.to get Showered not ideal when you have paid £170 with no meals Meal times not ideal We thought we could have Breakfast and Our Evening Meal there didnt happen very disappointed on a Postive note Staff were Helpful

Absolutely loved my weekend away here. Spotlessly clean, great location.Staff all helpful and friendly. Food was lovely and the Pub downstairs had a great atmosphere and selection of drinks. Definitely be back soon

Lovely wee hotel, perfect for a short stay, fabulous breakfast and lunch in the attached cafe / restaurant, and the friendliest of staff. Highly recommended.

Free parking across the road, part of a 7 your drive, after a 4 hour torrential rain and high storm winds from Skye needed a stop off point for a hearty breakfast 🍳🥓 fabulous, hot, filling and bargain price 👍👍👍👍

Great place to pause and have lunch. Lovely food and staff. Could've easily spent longer in the relaxed environment. Perfect. Will return for sure.

Visited the Waterhouse for lunch today. Staff were friendly & professional. Wide range & choices of food. Food presented well & delicious. Would recommend the Waterhouse.
