Castle Cottage Inn

We stayed here and had dinner as well. Can't rate highly enough - food is so tasty with big portions. Service is great. The room is tastefully decorated with good views.

An excellent evening, food was outstanding and so was the service, an exceptional young lady called Georgia ( sorry if I’m wrong I’m terrible with remembering names ) was so kind and friendly. She made the restaurant feel comfortable and warm. Owner was also friendly & welcoming. Also discovered they have a bar if you fancy a few drinks after your meal, was small but very nice, topped our night off perfectly. Thank you all for a great night xx

Castle Cottage Restaurant is FABULOUS! Every element is set in place to provide guests with a wonderful culinary night out. The warm friendly greeting at the front door made us feel so welcomed; the attentive professional service throughout our meal was first class and every course we ate was super DELICIOUS...It was my birthday night out and I was surprised to find our table decorated and a gift of chocolate waiting for me! After our meal, before coffees the staff presented me with a creme brulee lit up with a candle and they sang Happy Birthday...I was really touched by this kindly attention to detail....If you ever visit Harlech please treat yourself to a visit to Castle Cottage you will absolutely not regret it! We will definitely be returning and recommending this wonderful gem to all our family and friends. Thank you Pattra and Darryl.

Beautiful little find, this was. Amazing room and service. Breakfast was great.

This is right next to a gift shop and also Harlech Castle in on your doorstep. Beach is a 2 minute drive and 5 min walk.

It's walkable from Castle Cottage Inn, but VERY BIG HILL!. Views from bar back room are breathtaking.

All in all, a very surprising, wholesome stay. Would go back in a heartbeat 🤩🤩🤩

Honestly, what a wonderful little find! We stumbled upon this place after a little walk around near to where we were staying.

The food, was excellent and the views were amazing. The staff were super attentive and super friendly. Decor inside the bar is cool as well, a very nice touch.

If we're ever in the area again, my wife and I will definitely be coming back here to eat. 👍🏻

Stunning hostess who matched her hospitality with stunning Thai food. The tastiest chicken stir fry we've ever eaten. Fresh authentic ingredients. Every dish was exquisite. The ambiance and the locale fabulous too. Great Aspen tiles in the bar! Diane and Ian

Even with me booking last minute the friendly hostess had everything under control, you could tell these owners have been in service and hospitality a long time. They fostered a calm and relaxed atmosphere in their cosy, attractive Inn.
Great beer in the bar, tasty food for an evening meal, and really nice breakfast with a few different options, which came with my room.
I had booked the room with a sea view, and yes you can see the sea either side of the ancient Castle which is just across the road! Room 3 had three spaces; living with large TV and sofa, a huge bathroom with a tub and shower, and a large double bedroom. It was spotlessly clean, furnished well and had old features as that room is up in the eaves.
I would highly recommend the Castle Cottage Inn, and will be returning if I'm in the area again.
