Great service from start to finish from Samantha. She helped me to find the right car for me and around the budget I had in mind. No pushy sales which I appreciated and someone I could speak to without feeling pressured or undermined (knowing little about a cars). Also offered good advice on how best to sell my car for the price I wanted, rather than pushing me to sell my car with them. Very pleased overall. Give that girl a bonus!

My first visit to Spirit Hyundai Corby. The service advisor Alex was very friendly and professional and I was made to feel valued as a customer. From the online check in which was a new experience for me to the technician ‘s video I was kept informed and updated during the whole process.

Collected our new car today from
the Corby branch. From start to finish the whole process has been really easy and there were no issues. Allan dealt with everything and kept us informed. He showed us how the new car works and explained all we needed to know.

I popped in last week as i saw a car on the forecourt that i fell in love with. I spoke to Samantha who is an absolute asset to your company! She is bubbly, friendly and an all round lovely lady. She helped me part exchange my old vehicle and also dealt with and solved any issues/enquiries i had regarding the new vehicle. Just want to say thank you 😊

Sam is a star. Down to earth, honest and professional. If only all sales people were like Sam!
From initial test drive to actually picking up our new car was pretty seamless. Not withstanding the 6 month wait but that applies to all manufacturers.
All in all a pleasant experience from the beginning.

I have a friend buying a new car from here, so my experience is through him to be up front.

They made a deal with a part exchange, then were late with the car order. Now the car is here they have hugely de-valued the part exchange, even though the vehicle is in exactly the same condition and used prices are just as firm as they were when the deal was made.

This dealership even have a policy regarding the maximum percentage of value a part ex shall lose per month when a vehicle is on order, which they are failing to stick to. To be clear they set a standard themselves and fail to acheive it!

This is a classic last minute squeeze of the customer, pure and simple profiteering and renaging on documented agreements.

I am disgusted how my friend is being treated. I have read the communications and so know first hand the tricks they are pulling, and I shall never use this dealership as a result and would encourage you to use another dealership, to save on hassle and from becoming a victim of unethical, grubby practices.

I have nothing against this manufacturer, but these old school con tricks by this dealership have no place in this century and should be stamped out. The time of the greasy lying salesman can be stopped by customers going elsewhere and not accepting it.

**My response to the reply - There you go folks, they are literally demonstrating who they really are in their response. Also, my 'friend' did end up buying the car, he ended up getting the deal he was happy with, but it was no thanks to these guys as you can probably tell. Tread carefully folks, there are plenty of places to buy your vehicle from that wouldn't dream of displaying attitude and behaviour such as this - all the best and good luck**

Excellent, professional and friendly service provided by Samantha Bull. Ordered my new Hyundai 6 months ago and picked it up today exactly as planned. Very pleased with the car and the overall experience dealing with Samantha. She is an asset to your company.

When first contacting the Corby Spirit Hyundai showroom, I received an outstanding level of customer service which was maintained throughout the entire process of ordering a new car. Sales representatives were professional, personable and incredibly helpful. Comprehensive product knowledge was demonstrated, and all of my queries were answered thoroughly. I felt fully supported throughout the entire process and feel confident about returning if I require assistance in the future. Thank you especially to Paul for all of your help.
