Spoke with Numerous car dealers over the last months to buy a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid who's adverts offered pricing that did not match when contacted. It was good to deal with Richard Wakefield who as able to quickly provide the information on the car I wanted to order and matched the offer advertised. Richard provided first class service and all documents were sent as promised by Marshall Hyundai the same day...Order placed and await delivery.

We recently purchased a used i30 premium from this dealership. We saw this vehicle online and as we live some distance away we contacted the dealership by phone and dealt with a very helpful young man called Luke. He was very amenable and responsive to all of our questions and queries and gave us a full video tour of the vehicle.
Such was his knowledge and professionalism, we were happy to purchase the vehicle based on the information Luke provided. When we made the 300 mile round trip to collect the car we were greeted by Luke who took us through all the relevant paperwork and the transaction was seamless. Needless to say we are very pleased with both the vehicle and the service we received from Like. Thank you. We will certainly be in touch next time we are looking for a vehicle.

What an amazing experience. I was assisted by Sean Hendry-Galbraith; he was attentive, but not pushy. He gave me every option available to me for finance and for my budget in mind; including the style of car with features I wanted.
He was very knowledgeable of all the features of the cars, and knew what stock was available, and worked with me to get the right car for me. He is friendly and easy to talk to, and just treats you like an actual human being instead of someone that is walking money bags to get as much money out of as possible.

Just collected my Hyundai i30n from Motorline in Worcester. What a brilliant car, so much fun to drive. The whole buying experience was very good, with Sean Hendry-Galbraith, the salesman offering a clear, no pressure sales environment. Communication throughout was very good using the internet for videos and emails about the car purchase. This was well received as I live some sixty miles from Worcester.
