Please someone get control over this GP, the service level and the way they are responding to queries is unacceptable.
There is never a straight answer, each person tells you something different, I am requesting a life medication not some vitamins to make my skin look pretty. It’s something I live with and if I don’t have it I could die. Every time to get my prescriptions is an absolute nightmare, I rarely cry in my life but they make me so uncomfortable that I explode after the call and I am in bad mood all day. Please someone do something

I have been with this surgery for several years and can honestly say I have been so satisfied with the service provided.

I will be leaving to Canterbury and only wish I could take this surgery with me !
Sara on reception is so nice going above and beyond for me.

Having developed a rare lung disease, I have always felt secure with this surgery .
A special Thanks to Dr Savage and Dr Ferdinand who are in my experience are very experienced doctors always making me feel very comfortable.
It will be a very sad Goodbye from me !!

I always get appointments for my children on the same day and the doctors are very good at listening and helping. Ever since they installed their telephone queue system it’s also easy to get through to reception. Happy 😊 thank you NHS!

The worst GP service I have encountered in London - no option to see the same doctor on a single issue - my initial consultation, follow up and post X-ray appointments were all different doctors. Some emergency same day appointments but if you need a regular appointment it’s 4 weeks, poor receptionist come across like they don’t care but assume they are just caught up in the system - incredibly badly managed in my opinion

The front desk staff and the GPs there have almost without exception been good to me. Whenever there has been an issue with things like the pharmacy, they're right on top of things and communicate with me. I feel heard and taken seriously, something that is sadly far too rare anymore.

Trying to make an appointment is stress and anxiety inducing. When you manage to finally get through to reception (that’s if you’re lucky enough not to have been cut off after holding for 20+ minutes) the receptionists are so blunt they will cut you off half way through anything you’re trying to say. So trying to get any information, or pass info on is near impossible.
When you do receive a slot for a Dr’s phone appointment, it’s extremely rare that they call anywhere the hour slot given. So the appointment is missed as I cannot answer my phone at any given time during the day. Then the whole process starts again as you have to get through, rebook and wait.

It would be so helpful if you could book an appointment with any of the 5 Lewisham Care Partnership GP practices (St Johns Medical Centre,
Hilly Fields Medical Centre,
Morden Hill Surgery,
Belmont Hill Surgery,
Honor Oak) through the Patient Access website. But it doesn’t seem like this is possible?! Only the original GP I registered with. If anything on that website works I’d love to be enlightened.

- I have however received fantastic care from the nurses anytime myself or my young daughter have required jabs. 10/10 to the nurses.

EDITED: The service I have been receiving is extremely poor. Nobody is bothered when questioning symptoms, nobody is bothered when experiencing certain issues. But what really made me angry is that they telling me that THEY WON'T SEE my little daughter even though she is sick for over a month!!! This is unacceptable and I am so frustrated of the lack of sympathy and professionalism in this surgery! POOR reception team service, VERY Rude. Called today because my daughter is not improving and developed other symptoms which I want to discuss with doctor AND AGAIN the same Rude Receptionist called ARIFA telling me at 8.30am that are all booked. Apparently because she has been sick from before she is not priority!! SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I will be a making sure to do a complaint about it even though they never follow up any complaints made! For that reason our family will be moving from this place that present themselves as a medical centre. This is an organization who is not willing to take actions when concerns are raised or even complaints made!!! Disgusting!!!

Visited this surgery for the first time in over two years. Things have definitely changed for the worst. The woman on the reception was rude and seemed uninterested in the issue i went in there to resolve.
