The team at John High were great with my son today. They are very friendly and helpful. I also had a issue with my eye which Mo was very happy to look at for me. Thank you for the great service

Both my son and I had appointments today for our regular check ups, we were warmly greeted on arrival and whilst my son was being seen I was given excellent help with choosing several pairs of glasses by both front of house assistants. The Optician we saw this time was quite frankly amazing, explained thoroughly my sons examination, advised him on how to avoid eye strain now he was entering his GCSE years. For the first time ever I feel that somebody has fully explained my own personal eye issues in great depth and intricately explained the scans he had taken of my eye. Truly was fascinating. I purchased a number of pairs of glasses and sunglasses and the assistant dealt with my order efficiently and ensured all savings were applied. First rate service and would not hesitate to recommend. Customer service at its finest.

Just came here for a MECs appointment and the service was phenomenal! I was really worried about damage to my cornea and the optician was wonderful, understood the discomfort I was in. Gave suggestions about alternative eye drops. 10/10 service. Customer service was phenomenal with other team members. I usually go to specsavers as its close to my home but I will be coming here in future!

After feeling patronised by Specsavers, my friend Richard Murr recommended I try John High regarding my hearing. The young man who took my call was brilliant. He seemed eager to help. He booked me an appointment with the audiologist, Phil, who turned out to be a very helpful and pleasant guy. I came away, after a free hearing test, feeling that I had been treated with both professionalism and respect. It restored my faith after the bad experience with Specsavers.
